Area Sales Manager Area Sales Manager (Medan)Responsibilities
- Active looking for new projects and follow up projects
- Improve long term relationship with existing customers (distributors, suppliers, etc.)
- Acquire new customers
- Make sales report and follow up report regularly
- To participate in the definition and in the implementation of distribution and sales strategy to achieve the organization’s objectives
- Develop sales strategies and business sales plan aligned with the objectives
- Determine sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectives
- Manage and develop commitment and performance as a area sales manager
- Recruit, develop and manage teams. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes
Requirements
- Proven track record in Sales Target Achievement
- Project Planning, execute and project reporting
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of distributors and market
- Budget management skills
- Account management
- Specific skills for sales team management
- Organizational skills for multibranding responsibility
- Sales ethics sensitivity to legal issues and competition law
Qualification
- Male/Female, Max 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Master Degree would be beneficial.
- Minimum 2 years in the FMCG
- Experience in both Principal and Distributor would be beneficial
- Have wide networking with modern trade and general trade
- Possess experience of promotion and marketing activities execution
- Can work under-pressure, can work with low supervision.
- Personality / character : proactive, detailed, have good communication skill, self-motivated, good leadership skill.
- High integrity, honest, self-motivated and good communication skills
- Hands-on with good interpersonal skill
- Computer literacy is required
- Many traveling required
