Requirements :
- Male / Female, min 25 years old
- Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree from reputable university, majoring Economics, Business Management, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, prefereable have 1 – 2 years experience in market research
- Should be very fluent in english both oral or written and having good presentation communication skills
- Expertise and strong knowledge with Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS
- To be methodical and well organised, with good numerical, strong analytical, critical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people
- Hard worker, self motivated and energetic
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers and initiate contact with them
- Identify customers need and design most appropriate research methodology to answer customers need
- Formulating a plan / proposal and presenting it to the customers or senior management
- Conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve or focus group assessments
- Using statistical software to manage and organize information
- Monitoring the progress of research projects
- Analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions
- Writing detailed reports and presenting results
