Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the retail management team and staff to maximize the performance of all existing stores and ensure the efficient planning, opening and performance of future locations
- Liaising with store manager on staffing decisions to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Assisting with managing the financial performance of the retail division
- Reviewing current and prior performance to identify the target for retail division
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry
- Organizing special promotions, displays and events
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in retail
- Be motivated to lead others
- Possesses excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Target & profit oriented
- Hardworking, highly dedicated & able to work under pressure
- Previous experience in fashion or F&B is a plus point
