SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT - Control System / Industrial AutomationResponsibilities:
- You will be responsible for supporting Rockwell Automation (RA) customers during the complete life cycle of the equipment. This assistance may be to identify and correct hardware or software discrepancies, programming installation, application, maintenance, start-up and diagnostics.Identify customer needs, and architect solutions to maximize Rockwell products and servicescontent. Support of this activity will involve the creation of presentations, demos, proofs-of concept, etc. Need to effectively translate technical terms into everyday language, and properlymanage expectations, both internally & externally.
- Act as the lead technical contact for coordinating System Solutions Business events such as major customer presentations and trade shows. This may include the creation of custom presentations, demo stuapplications, and vertical market specific collateral specific to the business in the region.
- Perform sales calls and account presentations, proposal preparation, management, and review.
- Maintain good relationships with customers through regular visits, feedback and review andensure that customer satisfaction has been met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar 3rd level qualification and/or experience.
- A minimum 10 years’ experience in a Project Engineering role
- Desired: PMP certified with a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of PMBOK
- Able to travel to support customers within Indonesia / Southeast Asia region as required.
- Preferably with own car
